Job Details
The City of St. Albert is recruiting an individual to join our Policing Services department as a Records Management Clerk.
Reporting to the Administrative and Operational Support Supervisor, the Records Management Clerk will properly manage the daily information and records being input into the Police Reporting and Occurrence System (PROS) and provide a variety of general administrative duties in support of officers and co-workers.
Qualifications

At minimum, a high school diploma combined with one year of previous administrative experience, preferably in an RCMP or police office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Ability to upload/download audio/video and scan documents.
- The individual must possess a thorough working knowledge of PROS and be operating at an “Information Manager” level.
Hours of Work

Shift work is required and will include a rotation schedule that includes weekends (1872 hours per year).

Hours of work: 08:00-19:00, 15:00-0200, 14:00-02:00, 16:30-23:00

Shifts may be altered to meet operational needs.
Compensation

The salary ranges from $58,462.56 - $71,098.56 per year, including a comprehensive benefits package with a flexible spending account, pension plan, and accrued paid vacation starting at 3 weeks per year.
