Duties
- Perform injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care.
- Provide thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment plans, and set realistic expectations.
- Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and sterile environment.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and address any questions or concerns with clear communication.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client flow, and handling guest inquiries professionally.
- Promote additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hair styling to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos and upsell skincare or cosmetic products that complement treatments to maximize client results and satisfaction.
- Support team efforts in retail sales by engaging guests with enthusiasm about our offerings and services.
Experience
- Valid nursing license with experience in cosmetic or aesthetic procedures preferred but not required; training provided for qualified candidates.
- Prior experience in customer service or guest-facing roles within retail, hospitality, or medical settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently about treatments and products.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations relevant to clinical environments.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques, upselling strategies, and product demonstrations is a plus.
- Experience in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hair styling is beneficial but not mandatory—training available for interested candidates.
