Position Summary:
Temple Gardens Centre is currently seeking casual part-time Parking Lot Security Attendant personnel to join our security team.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.50 - $16.00 CAD

This position will remain open until October 16, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Secures all venue entrances.

Controlling and monitoring entry to the parking lots.

Monitoring parking lots for the safety and security of guests, employees, and vehicles.

Provide guests with directions and other venue information.

Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Performs bag checks and inspections where applicable.

Ensures all public areas are a safe environment for patrons.

Maintains a comprehensive security logbook.

Submits fully detailed incident reports for all incidents.

Enhances customer service.

Shows commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Works flexible hours as required by event schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.

Previous security services experience would be an asset.

Prior parking experience strongly preferred.

Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and varying weather conditions is a must.

Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.

Current CPR and first aid certificates preferred.

Exceptional problem-solving, judgment, and negotiation skills.
