This is a new ramen shop opened in Kelowna, BC in September 2023. The Big White Ski Resort is only 45 minutes away by car and the snow quality is excellent. We aim to create a great working environment and are looking for staff to join us in making our store a bright and cheerful place to work. The store is located in the central business district of Kelowna and you will have the opportunity to interact with many customers.
Your duties:
- Preparation, cooking, cleaning, and other general duties
- Delivering an extraordinary guest experience
- Enjoy working with food and have a passion for Japanese Ramen Noodle
- Have an interest in Japanese culture and find fulfillment in serving authentic Japanese ramen to customers in Canada
- Work well in a team environment
- Strive to meet or exceed shift targets and goals set
- Ensure operational and brand compliance are met on all Ramen Arashi standards and policies

Hours of work: Basically, morning and evening shifts of around 6 to 7 hours per day. Example: morning shift 9am or 10am to 3:00pm or evening shift 3:00pm to closed (around 9pm) Others: 4% vacation pay (added to monthly salary), group insurance for those who can work long term and have worked at least 6 months (including Dentist). If you work on Statutory Holidays, your salary will be increased by 1.5 times.

$6-$12/per hour (calculated by the peformance and how busy each hour)
