We are currently seeking a Casual/Part-Time Practitioner who is available to work approximately one to two shifts per week, primarily during evenings and weekends. Additional flexibility to provide occasional short-notice or on-call coverage for sick calls and other absences would be greatly valued. Hours will vary based on operational needs and are not guaranteed.

Duties
- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Perform massage and body treatments while maintaining guest comfort at all times
- Perform 30-, 45-, 60-, 75-, and 90-minute massage and body treatments
- Provide individualized guest service by acknowledging and responding to each guest’s needs and expectations
- Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order
- Participate in other areas of the spa operation, including product knowledge and retail sales
- Remain informed about current trends and practices in body treatments
- Assist guests with questions regarding resort facilities in an informative and helpful manner
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation requirements
- Attend departmental communication meetings as required
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- All applicable professional licences and certifications must be current
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of the wellness team
- Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm, respectful, and courteous
- Availability to work approximately one to two shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Flexibility to provide occasional short-notice or on-call coverage for absences and sick calls
- Reliable transportation is essential
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and sitting
- Occasional use of stairs, ramps, and ladders
