We are looking for a reliable, versatile, and resourceful individual to join our maintenance team in a commercial building.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the building concierge with daily tasks;
- Clean common areas;
- Perform minor maintenance and repair work;
- Move equipment and materials as needed;
- Perform seasonal outdoor maintenance;
- Help maintain the overall cleanliness of the building;
- Carry out other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual;
- Good physical condition;
- Able to work independently and take responsibility;
- Speak either english or french
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is an asset.
