Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the horticulture, mushrooms and greenhouse industry. This role involves travel across Canada and the USA , maintaining and expanding our customer base and understanding our product line as well as competitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating our product offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis and customer engagement, ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging proven sales performance.
- Utilize relevant experience in greenhouses to enhance sales strategies.
- Travel extensively across Canada and the USA to meet with clients and prospects.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base , adding new customers each quarter and year.
- Develop a deep understanding of Concept Plastics product line and competitor products.
- Engage with customers in in greenhouses and garden centers to promote and sell products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven sales performance in the past a must.
- Experience in greenhouse industry is highly advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Strong understanding of horticulture and vegetable greenhouse products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
