Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating meaningful connections with children and families? At Wiarton Kids Den, we’re looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Lead Educator to join our Infant Program team!
In this rewarding role, you’ll help create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants aged 0–18 months, supporting their growth, development, and early learning every day.
What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants throughout the day
- Create and lead engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Foster a warm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of every child are met
- Build strong relationships and maintain open communication with parents and coworkers
- Help create joyful daily experiences that encourage curiosity, exploration, and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children, especially infants or in early childhood settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A genuine passion for caring for and educating young children
