Plant Manager
Plastic + Paper is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead production, warehousing, maintenance, inventory, and continuous improvement across our operation.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can develop people, improve performance, and build systems that support growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and maintenance operations
- Manage and develop a team of 10-20 employees
- Improve safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy
- Establish performance standards, training, and accountability
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and structured problem-solving tools
- Work closely with ownership and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Proven track record improving operational performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, or similar methods
- Packaging, paper, printing, plastics, or converting experience is an asset

Location: Vaughan, Ontario
Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
