Our client, a leading investment & wealth management practice, is currently seeking a Full-Time Client Associate to join the team at their busy office location in Owen Sound, ON. The selected candidate will provide superior customer service to clients while supporting the various administrative functions of the internal team. This is a full-time permanent dayshift role with a salary starting at $60k per year.

About The Role
The Client Associate will deepen client relationships through the provision of exceptional customer service. From account opening to relationship management, the client associate will initiate and execute on a variety of tasks to ensure the needs of each customer is met. In addition to external facing clients, this role will all be an invaluable member of the internal team, providing efficient and fluid support to the Advisory team. The selected candidate will already posses or be willing to earn their Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (“CIRE”) designation within a year of filling the role. Other tasks may include:
- Assisting Advisory Team in Welcoming & Onboarding New Clients
- Executing Client Account Administration Including Account Opening, Account Maintenance & Efficient Resolution of Client Requests
- Maintaining Existing Client Accounts & Identifying Opportunities for Client Contact
- Managing Timelines & Key Dates to Help Ensure Client's Regulatory Needs Are Met
- Becoming Well-Versed in Internal Controls & Industry Regulatory Requirements
- Ensuring Client Files & Other Necessary Documentation is Accurate, Current & Compliant
- Responding to Client Inquiries in Time-Efficient Manner
- Planning, Coordinating & Managing Meetings for Advisors with Clients/Prospects
- Utilizing Strong Problem Resolution Skills to Provide Proactive Client Service
- Managing Various Incoming Communications from Clients, Advisors & Other Internal & External Partners
Requirements
- Demonstrated Experience Providing Exceptional/Superior Customer Service
- Previous Experience Working in Securities Industry Considered an Asset
- Strong Time Management & Organizational Skills
- Ability to Collaborate with Clients Across All Organizational Levels
- Exceptional Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Demonstrated Experience Utilizing a Variety of Business Applications & Technologies
- Successfully Completed CIRE or Willingness to Earn Within First Year (Compensation Provided)
