Our Property Management Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Building Cleaner to join our team on an as-needed basis. The Suite Cleaner plays a key role in ensuring our rental suites are thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready for new tenants. This is a on call position - please apply only if your able to be available on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare hallways, entrance, windows, garbage removal and rental suites after tenant move-outs and before new move-ins
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including laundry rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and surfaces
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to management
- Maintain company standards of cleanliness and presentation
Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience an asset, but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform hands-on cleaning tasks
Schedule & Availability
- Part Time and on call position with hours depending on tenant turnover
- Increased flexibility and availability required at the end and beginning of each month, when most move-outs and move-ins occur
Compensation
- Hourly wage based on experience
- Casual/part-time hours with potential for regular assignments
