The role
The Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives across key business functions. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, strengthening our employer brand, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to anticipate and meet evolving talent needs. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, and market intelligence, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent market trends and hiring best practices
- Drive alignment on recruitment priorities, timelines, and candidate experience expectations
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Leverage LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage
- Promote the organization’s employer value proposition across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and speed
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity metrics)
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable employment legislation
The requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations.
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technical and specialized roles.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, market trends, search tools and techniques (sourcing, Linkedin Recruiter, integrated application system, Boolean search, database).
- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proactivity, adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Rigor integrity, discretion and tact in handling delicate situations.
- High level of organization and ability to manage competing priorities with high volume and large-scale initiatives
- Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
