The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in coaching and supporting our agents, improving sales performance, and helping maintain the high standards our clients expect.This role is ideal for someone with extensive residential real estate experience who enjoys mentoring others, providing strategic sales guidance, and building a high-performing team.
Base annaul salary $90,000 to $120,000 + Commission
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor agents throughout the sales process.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and accountability meetings.
- Provide guidance on pricing strategies, listing preparation, offers, and negotiations.
- Review listings and sales strategies to ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitor sales activity, pipelines, and CRM usage.
- Develop and improve sales systems, processes, and best practices.
- Lead weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to execute the strategic vision of the business.
- Oversee the operational systems that support our sales organization, ensuring our agents have the structure, tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of residential real estate experience.
- Active or recent Ontario real estate licence is preferred.
- Experience as a Realtor, Team Leader, Sales Manager, Managing Broker, or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of residential real estate transactions, pricing strategies, and negotiations.
- Highly organized with a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for helping others succeed.
