Our client is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer III to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing enterprise applications using Java technologies and will bring expertise in Spring Boot, Vaadin, CSS, and Hibernate/SQL. This role is well suited for a proactive professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-level applications using Java, Spring Boot, Vaadin, CSS, and Hibernate.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical approaches.
- Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain application performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides.
- Support application deployment, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What's Needed?
- 7–10 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Vaadin, CSS, and Hibernate.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience developing and maintaining web-based applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
- Experience with code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
