Under the supervision of the Director of Business Intelligence, the incumbent coordinates projects and contributes to the development of strategies and the optimization of business processes related to Pomerleau’s business development activities, technology initiatives, and data management. The Administrator is a seasoned professional who provides strategic and analytical support to the Business Development team with respect to the CRM system. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that meet business needs. You will also be responsible for coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
What you will do
- Support the Director of Business Intelligence in implementing strategies and optimizing business processes related to business development activities, data management, and technology.
- Coordinate various business process improvement and data management projects.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle for the group, from planning through deployment.
- With support from BI Analysts, develop, deliver, and document training materials for new users.
- The ideal candidate understands the needs of the Business Intelligence team’s internal clients and can implement the most effective solutions.
- Act as the functional lead for system customization, data management, and business process analysis, including data extraction, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Maintain system integrity and data quality.
- With support from BI Analysts, provide user support and troubleshooting assistance.
• • Grant authorized user access based on formal documentation and approved permissions.
Correct data records and resolve workflow-related issues.
- Provide support for third-party integrations as required.
This role could be for you if you have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and a minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom applications and objects, create formula fields, flows, custom views, and other moderately complex configurations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of Business Intelligence technologies and their strategic value in supporting a variety of decision-making contexts.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the ability to work with Apex code would be considered a strong asset.
