Job Summary
This position is an ideal opportunity for a licensed insurance or securities representative with extensive experience in opening accounts, handling client enquiries, producing deliverables with a knowledge of life insurance products.
The ideal candidate has built a small book of business but is looking to build their business within the security of a salaried position that supports education adn growth.
Responsibilities
- Support financial advisors in preparing client proposals and financial plans
- Assist with account setup, maintenance, and updates for clients’ portfolios
- Perform accurate data entry and documentation of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings
- Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager
Qualifications
- a current securities or life insurance license is required, but both is preferred.
- Experience or familiarity with financial services industry
- Proficiency in Excel using date supplied by NBIN platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Prior experience supporting sales or wealth advisory functions is advantageous

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
