Fencing Labourer

Bandit Energy Services is expanding our team, and we are seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our General Fence Division, we are looking to hire Fencing Laborers to support our growing projects in the Lloydminster area. What You’ll Do:
· Assist in the construction and installation of various types of fencing, including mechanical gate systems, barbed wire and placement of freestanding panels.
· Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
· Use hand tools and power tools to prepare and assemble fencing structures.
· Maintain clean and organized work areas.
· Perform manual labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
Position Requirements:
· Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
· Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
· Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
· Shift is Monday to Friday, weekends as required and overtime.
· Required Safety Courses – H2S, Ground Disturbance 201, First Aid, WHMIS & CSO.
· Client specific Orientations will be required after hiring.
· Mechanical aptitude or previous construction / fencing experience (considered an asset).
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean drivers abstract (preferred).
· Experience pulling a trailer (considered an asset).
· Welding experience (considered an asset).
