Job Description:
- Manage a portfolio of private company clients across a variety of industries.
- Review and oversee compilation, review, and assurance engagements.
- Provide corporate and personal tax planning and compliance services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and management teams.
- Lead engagement planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Review work prepared by managers and staff, ensuring quality and compliance with professional standards.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to support their professional growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate new business.
- Support partners in firm operations, strategic initiatives, and practice development.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation in good standing.
- 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of ASPE, Canadian tax regulations, and owner-managed businesses.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading engagement teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and advisory capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $140,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
