Raincoast Cleaning Corp. is looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Team Lead Cleaner to join our growing team!
In this role, you'll provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services while leading a small team on job sites throughout the Lower Mainland, with many of our projects located on Bowen Island (all travel costs are fully covered). As a Team Lead, you'll help ensure each day runs smoothly by supporting your team, maintaining quality standards, and leading by example.

What We're Looking For/Required:
✅ Living in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, or Bowen Island, or able to commute to North Vancouver early in the morning (as early as 5am on occasion)
✅ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✅ Clean criminal record check
✅ Previous professional cleaning experience
✅ Comfortable working a majority of shifts on Bowen Island (transportation costs covered)
✅ Willing and able to work weekends
✅ Comfortable with early morning shifts
✅ Friendly, professional, reliable, and organized
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Team-oriented, punctual, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
✅ Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)

Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning.
- Lead by example through professionalism, appearance, and quality of work.
- Coordinate daily pick-ups and drop-offs for team members when required.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked, organized, and ready for each shift.
- Pick up any supplies needed before arriving at job sites.
- Help keep the team on schedule and ensure efficient time management throughout the day.
- Support and guide team members, providing reminders if tasks are missed.
- Update job notes and communicate important information to management (training provided).
- Work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service and maintain Raincoast Cleaning Corp.'s high standards.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
