Job Overview: We are seeking skilled and dedicated Line Cooks/Prep Cooks to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, handling, and service in our kitchen. Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of meals according to recipes and portion sizes - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure high-quality and safe meals - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils - Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation Experience: - Proven experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook or relevant role in a restaurant or food service establishment - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Understanding of proper food handling procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team If you are passionate about food, have experience in the kitchen, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
