Position Title: Mine Labourer - Rotational
Salary Range: $30/hr + OT
About the Client and Role:
We are currently seeking a Mine Labourer to support general mining operations at an established mine in Northern Ontario. This is a local position working 7x7. The position offers $30/hour plus overtime after 8 hours per day (works out to $35/hr for a 12 hour day). As a Mine Labourer, you will perform a variety of general labour duties to support safe and efficient mine operations, including material handling, assisting trades and equipment operators, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

We are looking for those individuals with a strong work ethic and a good employment track-record. This role provides technical support and coaching to assist the department and the company to strive to achieve their goals of "ZERO HARM".
Main Accountabilities:
- Perform general housekeeping and site clean-up throughout the mine site
- Assist tradespeople and equipment operators with daily tasks
- Move materials, tools, and supplies as required
- Load and unload equipment and supplies
- Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Main Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to work in conditions that are exposed to the elements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Good attention to detail
- Good mechanical aptitude
Knowledge and experience working on heavy equipment is considered an asset
