Tonyc Salon and Spa located in Square One, is currently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Assistant. We are Looking for someone who is organized, enthusiastic and energetic. Willing to learn through the salon and through our own educational facility. We are looking for someone who is currently in Hair school or someone who has already finished school. We are willing to invest time and grow you into a professional hairdresser who is experienced in coloring and cutting. We are only looking for passionate individuals who want to develop a future and grow within one salon into a professional hairdresser. Must love working in a busy and energetic environment.
Applicant Requirements:
- Must be in hairdressing school or have experience being an assistant in a salon
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting stylists and preparing guests during their service
- Cleaning and organizing workstations
- Cleaning the salon
- Understanding retail products for sale
- Washing client’s hair and occasionally blow drying
- Work in a very fast paced environment
- Communicating with stylists and clients in a professional manner
- Ability to assist with applying colors and toners
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
