Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our construction and manufacturing team. This role involves crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and related woodwork for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong carpentry skills, experience with various construction processes, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a broad skill set including woodworking, installation, and finishing.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and custom woodwork.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry components using hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Install cabinets securely in various settings, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Perform related tasks such as restoration work, construction painting, caulking, rebar installation, siding, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry work, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman duties as needed.
- Operate CNC machines for precise manufacturing of cabinet parts when applicable.
- Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper fit of cabinetry during installation.
- Use heavy lifting techniques safely to move materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout all phases of work.
This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic who takes pride in craftsmanship and precision. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team in dynamic environments while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Pay: $19.15-$34.39 per hour
