Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Easy-Kleen. In this role, you will be responsible to install, troubleshoot and repair high pressure cleaning equipment. This is a mobile, field-based position requiring strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- In shop and travel to customer sites to install new machines or to inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and service various models of pressure washers
- Follow customer site safety rules and protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service issues, work performed and equipment care
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues independently
- Keep detailed and accurate records of service calls, repairs, parts used, and time spent
- Maintain an organized service vehicle and ensure tools and equipment are in working order
- Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding recurring issues or customer concerns
- Support in-shop service and repairs as needed when not on road assignments
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment maintenance or repair
- Previous experience with pressure washers or similar machinery is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks in varied environments
- Willingness to travel within the service area and occasionally work flexible hours as needed
Working Conditions
- In shop and on the road service work
Hours:
- Normal working hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
