Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves cleaning interior and exterior windows of various types, including commercial, but mostly residential properties, to ensure a streak-free professional finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with cleaning tools and equipment, and the ability to manage time efficiently. Duties
- Clean windows of different sizes and heights using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools where applicable
- Utilize facilities maintenance techniques to ensure all glass surfaces are streak-free and polished
- Operate heavy lifting equipment or ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping frames, sills, and screens
- Use commercial cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain safety protocols when working at heights or with power tools
Requirements
- Ability to commute and carry equipment with their vehicle
- Ability to speak fluent or professional grade english
- Proficient ability with hand tools and cleaning supplies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
