About the Roles
We are actively hiring experienced Bartenders and dedicated Barbacks:
- Bartenders: You will be the face of our bar, crafting classic and signature cocktails, pouring draft beers, and building rapport with our patrons in a fast-paced environment.
- Barbacks: You will be the backbone of bar operations, supporting bartenders by stocking ice, garnishes, and glassware, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the bar running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Bartenders:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipe and standard operating procedures.
- Check guest identification and ensure compliance with provincial liquor licensing laws (Smart Serve certification required).
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary bar work stations.
- Deliver warm, hospitable service and handle POS transactions accurately.
- Barbacks:
- Keep bar fully stocked with liquors, draft kegs, ice, glassware, and supplies throughout service.
- Wash and sanitize barware efficiently during peak hours.
- Support bartenders with general venue cleanliness and quick table turnovers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Smart Serve Certification is required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume pub or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
