Position Overview:
We’re hiring an Apprentice Flooring Installer to work alongside our experienced team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable skills in hardwood installation and have the opportunity to grow within the company. If you have any carpentry or construction experience, that’s a huge bonus—but we’re willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Assist installers with hardwood flooring projects
- Learn proper use of tools, materials, and techniques
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Show up on time and ready to work
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable means of transportation to and from job sites
- Carpentry or construction experience is a bonus (but not required)
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
