Fredericton South Nursing Home Inc (Pine Grove) (Pine Grove) provides 24hr nursing care for seniors.
This is a night shift position. Hours of work are 11pm - 7am. Monday through Friday. Holidays off.
Position Description
The Maintenance Utility performs various duties in the building under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor.
*performs building maintenance and minor repairs such as painting, and assembling equipment.
* Performs preventative maintenance tasks
*Vacuums, cleans, strips, waxes, buffs, and seals floors using floor care machines
*Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas
*receives, orders and stocks supplies
Follow instructions for work assignments when directed by supervisors or managers.
- Maintain good attendance and work quality; prepare reports as needed.

Experience:
Previous experience working as a Utility Worker, or similar role in a production environment preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.72-$25.17 per hour
