AO Summit Group is growing, and we're looking for driven sales professionals ready to build a serious income in life insurance sales. If you're licensed — or working toward your license — and have at least a year of phone sales experience, we want to talk to you.
What you'll be doing:
- Speaking with pre-qualified clients over the phone about life insurance protection options
- Working warm leads — no cold calling, no door-knocking
- Building and managing your own book of business with full support from our team
What we're looking for:
- Life insurance license (active in good standing) OR actively pursuing licensing — we'll support you through the process
- Minimum 1 year of phone-based sales experience (call center, telesales, SDR, inside sales, or similar)
- Strong communicator, coachable, self-motivated (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/flexible schedule environment
