Service Advisor
Location: Dixie Toyota – Mississauga, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50,000 annually + performance-based bonuses (KPI-driven)
Days and Hours:
- You will be required to work 5 days/week between Monday and Saturday for a total of 32-40 hours per week. Your team leader will assign your shift upon your start. This may change due to business needs.
- A one-hour unpaid lunch is provided.
Pay Periods: Bi-Weekly and paid on the Thursday of the pay week.
Position Summary
Dixie Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor immediate vacancy in our service department. The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through vehicle maintenance and repair services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in person and by phone in a professional manner
Schedule service appointments and identify vehicle service needs
Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with cost estimates
Communicate repair progress and review completed work with customers
Prepare accurate repair orders and maintain required documentation
Promote manufacturer programs and dealership services
Follow dealership policies and health & safety standards
Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12 diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
Automotive knowledge or service experience preferred
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to work weekends as scheduled
Valid Ontario driver’s licence; ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles
PBS knowledge is an asset
Legally eligible to work in Canada
