Duties
- Develop and execute regional strategies to meet organizational goals and expand market presence
- Lead, motivate, and supervise multiple operational teams across various locations
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies
- Identify opportunities for business development and foster relationships with key clients and partners
- Manage projects related to process improvements, operational upgrades, and new initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and ensure safety standards are maintained
Skills
- Strong background in sales and business development with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proven leadership capabilities with supervising experience in a multi-location setting
