Experienced Home Inspector – Permanent Contract Position
Spot-On Property Inspections is looking for an experienced Home Inspector to join our team on a permanent contract basis. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and professional inspector who can accommodate a flexible inspection schedule.
Position Requirements:
Previous home inspection experience is mandatory
Must be a licensed/qualified Home Inspector in Alberta
Must have strong knowledge of residential building systems and components
Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
Reliable, professional, and client-focused
Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Must be available for weekday evening inspections
Must have weekend availability
Scheduling flexibility is essential due to the nature of the home inspection industry
Must be able to complete thorough inspections and professional inspection reports
Service Area:
Inspections will primarily be conducted throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
Compensation:
Compensation will be provided on a per-inspection basis and discussed based on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for an experienced inspector interested in developing a long-term working relationship with Spot-On Property Inspections. The ideal candidate will be dependable, flexible, responsive, and able to accommodate inspections based on client scheduling needs.
Pay: $2,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
