Duties

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Enter data accurately into our systems, including customer details, interactions, and transaction records.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer support or call center environments demonstrates your readiness for this role.
- Excellent communication skills ; both verbal and written - are essential for clear and engaging interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills facilitate efficient workflow.
