Main Beam Fabrication is one of the Fastest Growing structural steel fabrications company in North western Canada. Our Fabrication shop is located in Grande Prairie, Alberta
We are looking for Local or willing to relocate full-time welders / Fitters with Hands-on knowledge with 1-5 years of previous working experience in fabricating structural and miscellaneous steel, including structural beams, columns, stairs, handrails, guard rails and ladders.
Ability to read and interpret Steel drawings and blueprints is an asset.
Basic knowledge of welding codes, specifications and standards.
Layout, fit, tack, weld and grind all fabrications.
Set-up and operate shop equipment Ability to be coached, trained and self motivated Current welding certificates - MCAW/FCAW CWB ticket, Valid driver’s license , Drug free (ability to pass a drug test) Able to lift up to 50lbs
Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50.0 per week
