Job Summary
- First point of contact with service customers
- Providing customers with a personalized service experience
- Able to preform proper service processes
- Provide knowledgeable advice regarding vehicle maintenance
- Manage work flow with technicians efficiently
- Booking service appointments and explanation of recommended service and repairs
- Protractor software management experience is an asset
- 4 week training program provided
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills
- Customers service experience
- Previous parts and service knowledge
- Automotive experience an asset
- Clean driving record
- Able to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment
- Able to work unsupervised
- First language is English
- At least 2 years in the automotive trade
- 4 week one-on-one training available
Work Remotely
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
