We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House Team Members to join our growing restaurant team. Responsibilities: Greeting guests Taking orders and processing payments Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area Providing excellent customer service Working as part of a fast-paced team
Requirements: Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate Must be reliable and professional
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
- Manage guest inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods to uphold high service standards
