Commissionaires NB&PEI Division is looking to hire a mature and responsible team member for a Bilingual Security Guard Supervisor position in Fredericton, NB.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm
Rate of Pay: $21.85 per hour

The Role: The Bilingual Supervisor is to oversee all Security Guards working at the site ensuring that all staffing needs are met and reports are completed accurately while maintain a cordial professional relationship with the client.
Position Responsibilities:
- Managing the detail, scheduling, staffing, training, and timely completion of reports
- Ensuring a safe environment for employees and visitors
- Protecting the physical property in accordance with the Detail Post Orders
- Access control and internal rounds of the building including stairs
- Compliance with Divisional Polices and Procedures and ensuring proper dress
- Responding to occasional after hour phone calls regarding the detail
- Monitor CCTV security cameras and alarm systems
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual (French/English)
- Previous supervisory experience with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong technology and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and critically problem solve to meet operational objectives
- Able to successfully complete all online training courses
- Must meet criminal record requirements and be able to obtain a Government of Canada Federal Level clearance
Ability to communicate effectively in English and French is a requirement for the position and Designated Veteran Status is a highly sought qualification.
