About Us
We help Canadian entrepreneurs turn business ideas into structured, funding-ready ventures.
Our platform provides tools for business planning, financial projections, and funding research, but tools alone are not enough. Our members need clarity, direction, and realistic expectations. That’s where you come in.
We guide entrepreneurs from idea to action, helping them understand what to do next, why it matters, and how to move forward professionally.
The Role: More Than Email Support
This is not a basic customer service role.
You are not a salesperson.
You are not a funding guarantor.
You are a professional guide.
Your role is to:
- Interpret the platform and tools for members
- Guide them through business planning and funding-readiness
- Provide informed, realistic, and ethical feedback
- Help members understand their next steps , and why those steps matter
Many of our members are stressed, overwhelmed, or confused about funding. Your job is to bring clarity, structure, and professionalism to the conversation.
When members understand the process and feel guided properly, they rarely request refunds, and they often recommend the platform.
You win by being clear, accurate, and helpful.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Member Guidance via Email
Respond to high-volume member inquiries (100+ emails per day) with accuracy, professionalism, and structure.
✅ Platform Interpretation

✅ Process Improvement
Identify recurring confusion points and suggest improvements to strengthen clarity and reduce friction.
