Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership abilities to ensure efficient property maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to lead maintenance teams, coordinate projects, and optimize property performance in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff, including overseeing repairs and preventative maintenance programs
- Coordinate and oversee property repairs, renovations, and upgrades utilizing project management techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including electrical systems, HVAC, low voltage wiring, and industrial standards
- Maintain detailed records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and review schematics for troubleshooting and repairs
- Oversee the operation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for building automation systems
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors ensuring quality work and adherence to project timelines
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues related to mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or structural components
- Lead emergency response efforts related to industrial or building maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams in English to ensure clear understanding of work orders and project updates
Qualifications
- Proven management and supervising experience within property or industrial maintenance settings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance, schematics reading, electrical systems, HVAC, and low voltage wiring
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order tracking and maintenance planning
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and building automation systems is preferred
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems
- Experience supervising teams in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
