Municipal Parking Bylaw Enforcement Officers needed in Windsor
Commissionaires - Windsor Regional is looking for Parking-By-Law Officers to enforce municipal and provincial regulations, investigate complaints, and issue warnings and citations on city streets, regional roads and municipal properties.

What You’ll Do
- Enforce municipal and provincial parking and by-law regulations
- Patrol city streets, regional roads, and municipal properties
- Investigate complaints
- Report damages to City of Windsor property
- Issue warnings and citations when required
- Document activity and complete reports using basic computer tools
What You Need
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Police Foundations or Community Justice Services diploma (completed or in progress), or equivalent education
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (email and Microsoft Office)
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including walking long distances and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- Must be eligible for Secret-Level Security Clearance (PSPC)
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Assets
- Criminology degree (completed or in progress)
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Veteran status or prior policing / law enforcement experience (e.g., former RCMP or other police service)
