Summary
Join Harrison Eco Tours as a Beach Salesperson and Kayak Rental Assistant in Harrison Hot Springs. This role involves engaging with guests, promoting our water activities, and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. It is important for candidates to understand that hours will vary depending on factors such as weather and volume of bookings. The bulk of shifts will be from Friday-Sunday, in the afternoon into the evening.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with kayak rentals and beach activities.
- Promote our eco-tour offerings and special packages.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all water activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental equipment.
- Share knowledge about local wildlife and environment to enrich guest experience.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Strong public speaking and guest engagement skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience with cash handling is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and environmental conservation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- First Aid Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
