Cridge Family Pharmacy is a locally owned community pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and personalized care. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general questions.
- Stock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain an organized sales floor.
- Receive and unpack deliveries as needed.
- Keep the front store clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Assist with promotions, displays, and seasonal merchandising.
- Support pharmacy staff with general front-store duties.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality where required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer and cash handling skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 15–25 hours per week).
- Weekend availability is preferred.
- Daytime and evening shifts may be required.
