Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck and Coach Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive repair, heavy equipment maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of trucks, trailers, and Construction equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Candidates with dealership experience, heavy machinery knowledge, and proficiency with hand tools and power tools are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on trucks, coaches, and heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and electrical testing tools
- Repair or replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems
- Operate heavy machinery safely during repairs or testing procedures
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and industrial maintenance tools effectively
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to troubleshoot complex systems
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs performed
- Assist in assembly or installation of new equipment or parts as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair status clearly to clients or supervisors
Requirements
- Proven mechanic experience with trucks, coaches, or similar industrial vehicles; dealership experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive repair, heavy equipment operation, electrical systems, welding, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts safely
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical wiring and mechanical systems
- Experience with power tools and hand tools for repair work
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of Construction equipment assembly and maintenance practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients or team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
