Help Drive Operations for One of Canada's Largest Out-of-Home Media Networks

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Manager of Operations to help lead the next chapter of our success.

What You'll Be DoingLead & Elevate Operations
- Help drive weekly operations meetings and campaign planning sessions
- Coach, mentor, and support a growing operations team
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture
- Ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are consistently achieved
Build Strong National Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with recreation facility partners across Canada
- Negotiate and customize partnership agreements
- Expand our network through strategic venue development
- Maintain operational documentation and agreement templates
- Act as a trusted point of contact for partners and stakeholders
Bring Campaigns to Life
- Manage campaigns from planning through execution
- Coordinate production schedules and logistics
- Support media placement strategy and market selection
- Negotiate and finalize media agreements
- Maintain campaign reporting and operational records
- Help ensure every campaign launches successfully and exceeds expectations
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
- 2+ years of experience in operations, account management, campaign management, project coordination, or similar roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing contracts, vendors, or partner agreements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience with CRM or project management platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership potential
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in media, advertising, or Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising
- Knowledge of print production and logistics
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working with sports, recreation, or community organizations
