About the Role:
You’ll be working in a long-term care home in Hamilton, delivering compassionate and professional care to residents while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities Include:
- Medication administration and monitoring resident health
- Following individualized care plans
- Collaborating with PSWs, RNs, and allied health staff
- Accurate documentation and adherence to LTC protocols
- Promoting safety, dignity, and resident-centered care
What You’ll Need:
- Current RPN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- 2+ year of experience in a long-term care setting
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Negative TB test (Within the last 12 months) & up-to-date immunizations
- Ability to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check (Within the last 6 months)
- A compassionate attitude and commitment to high-quality care
