Position Summary:
Longterm Technology Services (LTS) is seeking an Application Engineer – Teamcenter to implement, configure, and support Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions for manufacturers across North America.
In this role, you'll work directly with customers to solve complex engineering and business challenges, improve product development processes, and deliver modern PLM solutions that drive real business value. Whether configuring workflows, supporting users, or participating in implementation projects, you'll become a trusted technical advisor while expanding your expertise across the Siemens Digital Industries Software portfolio.
This role is ideal for candidates working with Teamcenter, PLM, PDM, or engineering software environments who enjoy solving business and application challenges while developing customer-facing consulting skills.
Position Key Responsibilities:
Teamcenter Application Support
· Support day-to-day Teamcenter application activities and user requests.
· Troubleshoot application issues and assist users with system-related questions.
· Resolve data, workflow, and process-related issues within Teamcenter.
· Work with customers to identify business needs and recommend application solutions.
Configuration & Process Improvement
· Configure Teamcenter business rules, workflows, and related customizations.
· Support testing, validation, and deployment of new and existing Teamcenter environments.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer processes.
Customer Engagement
· Participate in customer workshops and project meetings.
· Gather and document business requirements.
· Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
· Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Data Management
· Support product data migration and validation activities.
· Maintain data quality and integrity within Teamcenter.
· Assist customers with document management and data governance processes.
Documentation
· Create user guides and application documentation.
· Document system configurations and business processes.
· Maintain project and support documentation.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Required
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
· 2+ years supporting enterprise engineering software, PLM, or PDM applications.
· Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or another leading PLM platform.
· Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
