HIRING: FRONT OF HOUSE BOSS
Paninaro | 82 O’Connor St., Ottawa
We’re looking for someone who can hold it down at the front — run the cash, dial in the coffee, and make sure the guest experience is tight from open to close.
You’ll Be:
- Ringing in orders and running the show up front
- Making killer coffee + keeping the counter spotless
- Welcoming guests like they’re walking into your home
- Problem-solving on the fly and keeping the vibe right
- Managing flow, staying organized, and leading the shift
- Wrapping and running sandwiches to customers
- Managing/prepping online orders
- Helping the kitchen crew when needed including doing dishes and sweeping
You Are:
- Cool under pressure and quick on your feet
- Friendly as heck but know how to run a tight ship
- A natural at making people feel taken care of
- Always looking for things to do
- Experienced in FOH or coffee (or a fast learner)
- Ready to step into this role and own it
