Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Partner to join their team in Calgary, Alberta on a Long-term Contract basis. This role supports organizational talent acquisition by partnering with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies and attract high-quality talent. The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruitment experience, relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver strategic talent solutions.
Responsibilities:
Advise leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and market trends.
Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding.
Develop sourcing strategies for corporate, technical, and business roles.
Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Source candidates through referrals, networking, social media, and job boards.
Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Promote inclusive hiring and support employer branding.
Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to improve hiring outcomes.
Partner with HR and business leaders on talent initiatives.
Support hiring events and continuous recruitment improvement.
5+ years leading full-cycle corporate recruitment.
Experience recruiting for technical and business roles.
Strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and corporate recruiting.
Proficient with Avature, Dayforce, CareerBuilder, and virtual interview platforms.
Knowledge of hiring, candidate assessment, onboarding, and offer management.
Understanding of workforce planning, talent pipelines, and market trends.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide hiring insights.
Knowledge of equitable hiring practices and employment legislation.
