Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional, welcoming, and friendly manner
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS/register system
- Prepare and serve signature shakes and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the front service area
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Training will be provided
- Availability for weekday and/or weekend shifts
