Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and hygienic. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes while ensuring quality results.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as needed during cleaning operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any maintenance issues.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in facilities maintenance tasks as required to support overall building upkeep.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning is an advantage.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9.0 – 18.0 per week
